  • Facilitate executive decision-making by ensuring leaders have the information, recommendations, and follow-up necessary to make timely, well-informed decisions.
Operational Execution & Initiative Leadership
  • Coordinate activities across departments, foster collaboration and assist in removing barriers that impede progress.
  • Identify operational risks, bottlenecks, competing priorities, and resource constraints; develop solutions or escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Promote operational consistency and disciplined execution while balancing changing organizational priorities.
Accountability & Performance Management
  • Establish and maintain processes that promote accountability for commitments, deliverables, and organizational priorities.
  • Develop executive dashboards, performance metrics, and status reports that provide meaningful visibility into strategic initiatives.
  • Encourage a culture of ownership, transparency, collaboration and timely follow-through across the organization.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Evaluate ministry operations and execution processes to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, effectiveness, and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes, tools, and best practices that improve organizational execution and project governance.
  • Lead post-initiative evaluations to identify lessons learned and recommend operational improvements.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness and stewardship of ministry resources.
Executive & Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to executive leadership, providing timely updates, recommendations, and decision support.
  • Prepare concise executive summaries highlighting initiative progress, operational risks, resource needs, and key accomplishments.
  • Foster strong working relationships throughout the ministry, building trust and collaboration across departments.
Leadership & Organizational Support
  • Promote operational excellence by proactively identifying opportunities to improve ministry effectiveness, mitigate risks, and strengthen organizational performance.
  • Ensure appropriate implementation and consistent use of ministry policies, standard operating procedures, and operational best practices.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to assigned staff while cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, service, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, project management, organizational leadership, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five or more years of progressive experience leading cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, or operational functions with a demonstrated record of successful organizational execution.
  • Three or more years of leadership experience managing staff, developing teams, and driving organizational accountability, operational improvements, and process optimization.
