  • Bilingual skills preferred: English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Strong understanding of operational processes, workforce planning, and service delivery models
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical activities necessary to support operational oversight, with reasonable accommodations available
