Now Hiring: Treatment Coordinator | Angier

Lane & Associates Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to creating a 5-star patient experience by helping patients understand their treatment, navigate insurance benefits, coordinate appointments, and achieve their oral health goals.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Daily/Weekly/Monthly tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, delivering a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system to schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments while optimizing provider schedules
  • Ensure schedules remain productive and filled for doctors and hygienists.
  • Collect and update patient personal and insurance information in Denticon accurately.
  • Check in and check out patients with professionalism and care.
  • Present and review treatment plans to promote case acceptance.
  • Help assist in verifying insurance coverage and eligibility, maintaining accurate records.
  • Process payments and enforce financial policies accurately and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate electronic patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support office operations.
