Job description

Position Summary

The Operations Integrator supports training operations by administering student management processes, coordinating course schedules, managing training-related administrative functions, supporting training events, processing attrition actions, maintaining student records, and compiling training execution statistics. The Operations Integrator ensures student information and records are maintained, updated, and monitored in accordance with contract requirements.

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesStudent Management
  • Administer student management processes.
  • Maintain, update, and monitor student information and records.
  • Track student completion and attrition.
  • Manage student-related administrative actions.
  • Ensure student records are maintained in accordance with established procedures.
Course Scheduling and Training Operations
  • Manage course schedules for current and future training events.
  • Support management of short-range training activities and events.
  • Coordinate support requirements for training events.
  • Assist with course schedule updates and changes as required for approved training events.
Attrition and Relief Actions
  • Process student attrition actions.
  • Prepare and coordinate Relief Memorandum documentation.
  • Submit Relief Memoranda through required approval channels and support forwarding actions to higher headquarters.
Training Data and Reporting
  • Compile and maintain training execution statistics.
  • Track and report:
    • Training capacity
    • Student input
    • Students graduated
    • Training load
    • Attrition rates
    • Student shortfalls
    • Course overfills
  • Maintain data accuracy supporting training management functions.
Coordination and Support
  • Manage centralized support requirements for higher headquarters taskings related to training operations.

Security Requirements
  • Active SECRET Clearance required prior to performance.
  • Clearance must remain current throughout employment.
  • Must meet all installation access and security requirements applicable to contract personnel.
Work Environment
  • Work is primarily performed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina and Camp Mackall, North Carolina.
  • Support may be required at additional CONUS locations as directed by the contract.
  • Work supports military training and operations management activities.
