As a Restoration Project Coordinator, you play a critical administrative and operational role supporting restoration projects from start to finish. Working in‑person from our Portsmouth, NH headquarters, you provide the structure, organization, and communication that allows Project Managers and field teams to perform at their best.
This role is the backbone of the mitigation operation—coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting financial and reporting processes, and ensuring clear, timely communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, and insurance partners. A key part of this role includes partnering closely with Project Managers to schedule mitigation crews on jobs daily, ensuring the right resources are in the right place at the right time. Your ability to take control behind the scenes ensures projects move forward efficiently and predictably during chaotic situations.
