Mr. Handyman is looking for an Operations & Sales Coordinator to become a key member of our team. This is much more than answering phones-this position plays a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping drive company growth and profitability.

You'll work closely with our customers, service professionals, and leadership team to keep our operation running smoothly while helping convert opportunities into sales.


What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to online inquiries.
  • Build customer relationships and schedule appointments.
  • Prepare estimates and help customers move forward with recommended work.
  • Follow up on unsold estimates and outstanding leads.
  • Keep technicians' schedules full and productive.
  • Coordinate daily schedules and adjust routes as needed.
  • Ensure customers receive exceptional communication throughout their projects.
  • Request and collect 5-star customer reviews.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and social media content.
  • Maintain an organized, professional office and storage area.
  • Occasionally assist in the field with light lifting, deliveries, or other support when needed.
  • Work with leadership to meet monthly sales and performance goals.
  • This is an in-office position in Olathe, KS
