Operations Coordinator

Hourly Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourย

As an Operations Coordinator, youโ€™ll play a vital role in supporting daily collection operations by coordinating dispatch, customer service, purchasing, maintenance administration, and operational support. Every day brings new challenges and the opportunity to make an impact.

The Operations Coordinator helps keep our collection operation running efficiently by supporting drivers, supervisors, mechanics, customers, and vendors. Your work directly contributes to reliable service, accurate recordkeeping, and the smooth day-to-day operation of the site.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Coordinate daily dispatch and route support activities.
  • Communicate with drivers, supervisors, customers, and vendors to ensure efficient operations.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and operational paperwork.
  • Track inventory, fuel records, maintenance documentation, and provide administrative support to Operations and Fleet Maintenance.
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two or more years of administrative, dispatch, customer service, logistics, or operations support experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional customer service.
