About the Role
  • Support daily terminal and delivery operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Serve as a key operations and coordination partner for drivers, dock supervisors, and internal teams
  • Ensure smooth dock launches and high levels of on-time pickup and delivery performance
  • Provide consistent, high-quality customer and driver support
  • This role is onsite in Bloomington, CA and aligned to standard weekday business hours

What You'll Do
  • Provide high-level customer service and operational support
  • Support drivers and serve as a primary point of contact during daily operations
  • Coordinate with dock supervisors to ensure successful daily dock launches
  • Lead and coordinate drivers to maintain on-time pickup and delivery performance
  • Maintain accurate driver records, including times, routes, and special handling instructions
  • Manage KPIs, open job reports, and daily POD reconciliation
  • Oversee pickup dispatch management, including B2B and B2C assignments
  • Support key customer accounts and provide ETAs as requested
  • Manually build jobs when required and input rate adjustments
  • Track and trace shipments to ensure service expectations are met
  • Provide ad-hoc delivery and pickup coverage as needed
  • Attend weekly operations meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes
  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and operate with a strong sense of urgency

  • Previous dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish
