As an Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting daily collection operations by coordinating dispatch, customer service, purchasing, maintenance administration, and operational support. What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate daily dispatch and route support activities.
  • Communicate with drivers, supervisors, customers, and vendors to ensure efficient operations.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and operational paperwork.
  • Track inventory, fuel records, maintenance documentation, and provide administrative support to Operations and Fleet Maintenance.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two or more years of administrative, dispatch, customer service, logistics, or operations support experience preferred.
