Operations Coordinator / Junior Operations Manager

Company Overview

CA Cafe is a fast-growing beverage brand focused on coconut-based coffee, matcha, and tea products, with distribution across retail, e-commerce, and in-store roadshow sales. We are a hands-on, entrepreneurial team looking for a highly capable operations professional to help scale the business.

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator / Junior Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations across warehouse logistics, inventory management, and sales coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on execution and problem-solving, and is excited to grow with a scaling consumer brand.

This job is based in Upland, California 91786. You are expected to come to the office/warehouse 4-8 hours a day, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

  • Track and manage inventory across warehouse, Amazon FBA, and retail locations

  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments (LTL/FTL, small parcel)

  • Prepare and organize pallets and shipments

Logistics & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and freight companies

  • Schedule deliveries and manage shipping timelines

  • Ensure proper documentation and labeling for shipments (including Amazon FBA requirements)

Sales & Roadshow Support

  • Coordinate roadshow logistics (staff scheduling, inventory allocation, location planning)

  • Track daily/weekly sales data from roadshows

  • Assist in compiling performance reports

E-commerce & Operations Support

  • Assist with Amazon FBA shipment creation and coordination

  • Ensure proper labeling (UPC, FNSKU) and packaging compliance

  • Support basic operational tasks related to online sales

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Maintain organized records of inventory, shipments, and sales

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements

  • Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Required:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or similar role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (including lifting boxes when needed)

  • Proactive and able to solve problems independently

  • Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience with Amazon FBA or e-commerce operations

  • Experience coordinating shipments (LTL/FTL)

  • Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or retail operations
