About the team:
Our team drives Walmart Marketplace seller acquisition by generating, enriching, qualifying, and routing leads, managing seller pipelines, optimizing Salesforce data, and enabling Business Development Managers to focus on high-value selling. We manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, coordinating timelines, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. The team emphasizes effective communication, accountability, and adaptability to deliver business solutions that improve efficiency and support strategic goals. By leveraging data insights and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, the team ensures successful project execution and continuous process improvement aligned with Walmart’s mission and values.
What you'll do:
  • Lead multiple operational initiatives by developing project plans, managing timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving execution from concept through implementation.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, communicate project status, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze operational and seller pipeline data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and provide actionable recommendations that improve business performance.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes, workflows, and automation that increase operational efficiency and support seller acquisition.
  • Manage and maintain Business Development Manager (BDM) pipelines by enforcing data quality standards, optimizing lead routing and enrichment, and driving consistent Salesforce processes and best practices.
