Job Summary

The Health Transformation Logistics Coordinator supports strategic healthcare transformation initiatives led by the Executive Director of Health Transformation. This role coordinates care delivery logistics, supports patient access initiatives, assists with value‑based care and 340B program operations, and collaborates across departments to improve efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.

This position serves as a key operational resource for healthcare access coordination, patient‑centered support, service line logistics, and rural healthcare innovation efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate care delivery logistics and operational support for Health Transformation service lines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Health Transformation programs and initiatives.
  • Support patient‑centered care coordination, scheduling, service adherence, and operational troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with providers, pharmacies, payers, vendors, and internal departments to improve service delivery and patient access.
  • Assist with healthcare transformation projects, including implementation support, stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, and reporting.
  • Support value‑based care initiatives, quality improvement efforts, and workflow redesign projects.
  • Collaborate with Pharmacy, Revenue Integrity, Compliance, and Materials Management teams regarding 340B program operations and related workflows.
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and analysis related to healthcare access, grant reporting, and operational performance.
  • Support medication access initiatives and rural healthcare delivery innovation projects.
  • Cross‑train within departmental services to provide operational redundancy and direct patient support as needed.
  • Perform basic financial auditing and operational review activities for assigned service lines.
  • Mentor or assist assigned staff, interns, or team members participating in transformation initiatives.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, employee, and organizational information.
  • Adhere to all NARMC policies, standards of behavior, competencies, and compliance requirements.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Pharmacy Technician licensure through the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy OR ability to obtain licensure within 30 days of hire.
  • Completion of Apexus 340B University OR ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
  • Experience in pharmacy, healthcare services, clinical operations, or a related healthcare environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to successfully complete all required competencies and annual training requirements.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business, Accounting, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 340B Apexus Certified Expert (340B ACE) certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare services, clinical operations, pharmacy operations, or value‑based care.
  • Previous hospital pharmacy or retail pharmacy experience.
  • Experience with Meditech electronic health record system.
  • Knowledge of 340B program compliance, healthcare operations, and payer coordination.
  • Experience with project management, operational improvement, or healthcare transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or quality improvement methodologies.
