Summary of Position:
The Field Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of field operations to ensure that projects are equipped with supplies to allow jobs to be completed efficiently and on schedule. This role involves close collaboration with field teams, Operations Manager, and management to maintain robust operational workflows. A Field Operations Coordinator must be adept at multitasking and problem-solving while providing top-notch support to ensure seamless execution of field activities. The position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and understanding of the logistical demands of field operations
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage daily equipment needs for field operations activities
• Communicate regularly with field teams to provide support and address issues
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of field personnel and resources
• Manage weekly payroll reporting
• Manage and maintenance of field equipment and supplies
• Resolve field-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency
• Prepare and distribute regular operational reports to management
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and performance metrics
• Be willing to take on other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
