Volt is immediately hiring Manufacturing - Business Operations Associate in Devens, MA
As a Manufacturing - Business Operations Associate, you will:
  • Coordinate equipment work orders, maintenance activities, downtime planning, and vendor services.
  • Support GMP audits, CAPAs, quality events, and inspection readiness.
  • Track equipment, spare parts, reagents, inventory, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Facilities, Validation, and Technical Services teams.
  • Support Operational Excellence and Lean process improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and documentation using Microsoft Office.

This is a full-time- contract opportunity.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
  • Associate degree OR 1-3 years of relevant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or a related scientific/engineering field.
  • Experience in a cGMP-regulated environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a cross-functional environment.
  • Knowledge of Lean processes required; Yellow Belt/Green Belt preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, Maximo, DeltaV, Syncade, or Infinity is a plus.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $29 - $31 per hour
