Job description

Are you looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same? We are a growing, close-knit trade show company seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our operations team. Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics & Driving: Safely operate company box trucks to transport trade show materials to and from event venues.
  • On-Site Setup: Travel out of town (primarily during our peak fall and winter seasons) to assist with the setup, teardown, and heavy lifting of trade show displays.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely handle and move inventory utilizing a forklift (onsite certification provided).
  • Warehouse Support: Assist with inventory management, loading/unloading shipments, and maintaining an organized workspace during the off-peak season.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the core team to ensure all events run smoothly and on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing weekly schedules and a willingness to work overtime during peak periods.
  • Travel Readiness: Must be willing and able to travel out of town for events, especially during busy fall and winter months.
  • Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record and the comfort level (or willingness to learn) to drive box trucks.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle the physical demands of event setup, including lifting heavy equipment and standing for long periods.
  • No Experience Required: We provide fully paid, comprehensive on-the-job training!
