Job description

Eagle Environmental, Inc. is a Connecticut-based environmental consulting and hazardous materials management company specializing in asbestos, lead, mold, indoor air quality, environmental investigations, and remediation services. Since 1996, Eagle Environmental has provided professional environmental consulting, inspection, monitoring, and construction support services throughout Connecticut. Our team is committed to safety, regulatory compliance, quality workmanship, and delivering reliable solutions to our clients.

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative/Marketing Assistant to support daily office operations, client communications, marketing initiatives, and administrative functions within our growing team.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
  • Perform filing, copying, typing, data entry, and word processing duties.
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and clerical support to technical staff and management.
  • Sort, record, and file written material in alphabetical, numerical, or subject order.
  • Prepare correspondence, tables, charts, reports, and other materials.
  • Search records and files for readily identified information.
  • Use a computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
  • Prepare environmental chain of custodies for shipment of environmental samples to laboratories.
  • Track laboratory reports and communicate with laboratories.
  • Provide general administrative support for daily office operations.
  • Assist with proposal writing and management of proposal logs and requests.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Assist with developing company marketing materials.
