Job description

This is a multi-responsibility position for someone who wants to learn, take initiative, and make a real impact. You’ll be the first voice customers hear when they call, and you'll support marketing, scheduling, CRM, and internal operations daily.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Office Support

  • Provide excellent first impressions to all potential customers
  • Create and mange inbound call protocols and train staff to qualify potential clients with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Support internal team members with positive communication and follow-through
  • Respond immediately to quote requests from website, social media or phone

Marketing & Social Media

  • Request and manage 5-Star customer reviews
  • Organize before/after project photos and videos for marketing
  • Create and post social media content using pre-made templates
  • Support marketing campaigns
  • Establish/maintain client referral programs

CRM & Date Management

  • Learn and master our i360 Lightning CRM system
  • Enter leads, projects, notes, and marketing date accurately
  • Assist with basic reporting and data interpretation
  • Help leadership understand what's working and needs improvement

Scheduling & Operations

  • Schedule window and door installations
  • Coordinate with installers and office staff
  • Ensure no missed follow-ups of dropped leads
  • Keep internal workflows organized and efficient
