Summary: General maintenance to include: air conditioning, electric, appliances, plumbing, and preventative repairs to units, buildings, and grounds. Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities:- Utilize expertise in HVAC systems, including design, refrigeration, and air conditioning, to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance.- Interpret schematics and blueprints to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to air conditioning systems.- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient field service operations.- Assist in plumbing and building activities as needed.

Experience:- Familiarity with property maintenance procedures- Hands-on experience in field service operations- Previous experience in carpentry, residential painting, plumbing and electrical a plus

  • Must provide your own tools that are required to conduct job effectively (i.e. hand tools, Volt-Ohm meter, charging gauges, and service wrench).

Qualifications:

*EPA Universal certification and/or HVAC certified

*2-4 years experience in apartment property maintenance

*Air conditioning preventative maintenance and repairs

*High school graduate or comparable experience

*Must reside in Tampa area. Will not provide housing as part of compensation.
