This role suits a personable, well-organized individual ready to support daily office functions, maintain a welcoming front-of-house presence, and assist with administrative and facilities-related tasks.

Job Description: The Bilingual Operations Assistant will provide well-rounded administrative and facilities support, covering visitor coordination, supply management, maintenance requests, event logistics, and vendor communication. Success in this role requires strong multitasking abilities, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to keeping the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-to contact for facility-related needs, visitor coordination, and maintenance requests
  • Handle office security tasks, including issuing and tracking access badges and fobs
  • Monitor and restock kitchen and office supplies, keeping inventory organized
  • Provide general administrative support such as mail handling, invoice tracking, and conference room booking
  • Help plan and execute office events and celebrations, including catering coordination and setup/breakdown
  • Support basic IT needs by tracking equipment and troubleshooting minor technical issues
  • Serve as a point of contact for new hires, helping coordinate onboarding, workspace setup, and orientation

Qualifications:
