Job description

Entry level position to help with the organization and daily administrative operations across multiple departments with minimal supervision. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on and administrative tasks, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is comfortable assisting wherever needed. They will be able to perform a variety of office support tasks with attention to detail and introduce new and effective ways to achieve better results. Responsibilities will vary day-to-day, mostly involving office-based support, but may include field-related errands. Requires someone who can operate comfortably within a structured organizational environment, but be adaptable to any changes that may arise. A team-oriented, humble individual who excels in behind-the-scenes execution and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

· Provide general support across departments on an as-needed basis, assisting with a variety of operational and administrative tasks

· Data entry using Microsoft Excel

· Pull reports from Business Central Accounting software

· Communicate with vendors and carriers

· Schedule flights and make travel arrangements as needed

· Maintain office and warehouse supplies

· Prepare documents and brochures as needed

· Help prepare for tradeshows and events

· Support office organization and upkeep, including restocking supplies, maintaining common areas, and assisting with workspace setup or breakdown

· Assist with light facilities support, including organizing storage areas, cleaning, and maintaining a safe and functional work environment

· Provide general assistance with special projects, events, or office needs as they arise

· Other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team

Requirements

· Excellent attention to detail with good organizational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat

· Working knowledge of office equipment and computers
