What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Sales and Merchandising.
  • Prepare communications, meeting materials, reports, presentations, and other resources.
  • Track projects, deadlines, action items, and follow up with store managers on priorities.
  • Support special projects and company initiatives through research, calculations, information gathering, and coordination.
  • Process and organize reimbursements, petty cash, maintenance requests, records, and other administrative items.
  • Assist with employee scheduling, including templates, weekly schedules, time-off requests, PTO calendars, and coverage needs.
  • Support day-to-day retail operations and store-level initiatives across retail locations.
  • Assist with merchandising and cleanliness audits, store measurements, sales-per-square-foot calculations, and planograms.
  • Help implement merchandising plans, product placement, store standards, and follow-up priorities.
  • Support store managers and retail teams with resources, employee recognition, operational priorities, and initiatives that contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
  • All other related duties as required or assigned
