Position Summary:
Your Impact (Essential Duties)
  • Create a positive and professional first impression for clients, guests, and team members, both in person and over the phone.
  • Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain an organized and inviting reception area and conference rooms to ensure a professional and welcoming client experience.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage supplies, monitor inventory, and place orders to support smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and conference room preparation.
  • Provide administrative support such as document preparation, scanning, and data entry to assist various departments.
  • Support administrative and operations teams with general office coordination as needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client or firm information.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive office culture by being dependable, adaptable, and engaged in team success.
  • Assist with coordination of firm events and office activities.
  • Perform other duties and demonstrate flexibility in supporting firm priorities as assigned by leadership.

Your Background
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role, ideally within a professional services environment such as accounting, legal, or consulting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills-both written and verbal.

Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
Ability to work beyond normal business hours if needed during major deadlines.
