Anders Group is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our payroll, billing, and back-office operations teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our healthcare professionals are paid accurately, our client information is maintained properly, and our internal systems remain organized and compliant.

The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes to keep processes running smoothly, solving problems, and supporting multiple departments. This person will become an expert in Anders Group's payroll, billing, and operational processes while providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain accurate employee records in ADP, including new hire setup and updates

  • Maintain payroll documentation and ensure records are complete and audit-ready
  • Provide backup support for payroll and billing teams as business needs require
  • Monitor billing dispute windows and provide reporting to appropriate stakeholders
  • Assist with creation, maintenance, and accuracy of traveler and client records within Salesforce
  • Review employee and client data to ensure consistency across systems
  • Support reporting, audits, and special projects as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all systems and processes
  • Partner with internal departments to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency
