Operations Assistant to Leadership – Fast Track to Senior Leadership | Atlanta, GA | $80K OTE

Compensation: $70,000 Base + $10,000 Bonus Structure Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 | In-Office, Atlanta, GA Travel: Extensive - up to 3 weeks at a time, often with little notice

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the leadership team at Community Concierge Services (CCS), a founder-led, fast-growing nationwide provider of doorstep waste and recycling collection. Every night, our team of 600+ employees services more than 160,000 apartment units across the country, and we're expanding into new markets constantly.

We're looking for someone who wants to learn how a national operations company actually runs - by being in the room, on the road, and in the field where decisions get made. Top performers in this seat are groomed directly for senior leadership roles as we grow.

The Role

You'll work directly with company leadership out of our Atlanta, GA office, keeping the same hours the leadership team keeps. Your role will change day by day: one week you might be in the office driving projects, coordinating between markets, and supporting executive priorities - the next you might be on a plane with 24 hours' notice to help launch a new market, solve an operational problem, or support a district on the ground.

  • Work directly alongside company leadership on daily operations, priorities, and special projects
