Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Low Voltage Operations Assistant to support our office and warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the low-voltage, construction, or operations field. Training will be provided.

This position plays a key role in helping keep projects organized, materials prepared, and communication flowing between the office, warehouse, and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

Office Support

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation system troubleshooting for customers

Help support project coordination and job tracking.

Communicate with internal teams as needed

Assist with general office organization.

Warehouse Support

Help organize, stage, and prepare materials for field projects.

Assist with receiving and tracking inventory.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Support loading and unloading of materials as needed.

Operations Support

Provide general support to operations, office, and warehouse teams.

Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.

Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
