In it, you'll sit at the intersection of the CEO's office, the Board, and our Development Team - turning priorities into progress. One day you're prepping the CEO for a big meeting. The next, you're finalizing Board minutes or helping pull off a donor event. Trusted with the details that matter, and the discretion that comes with them.What You'll Actually DoRun the executive engine. Manage the CEO's calendar, projects, and priorities. Prep sharp briefs for big meetings. Keep Leadership initiatives moving with real follow-through.Own the boardroom. Serve as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes. Keep governance documents airtight.Fuel the mission. Support Development with donor events, member communications, and CRM tracking.Keep the office humming.
