Job Title: Office & Operations Assistant

As we grow into our new home base in Columbia, South Carolina, we are seeking an Office & Operations Assistant to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. This unique position requires a balance of administrative precision and a willingness to assist directly with physical operations. You will bridge the gap between our digital operations, including ERP entry and bookkeeping and our physical tasks, such as inventory and light assembly, to ensure our facility meets its production goals. Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Utilize ERP systems and basic accounting software
  • Accurately enter sales orders and purchase orders into the company ERP system
  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks and manage employee receipts and per diem processing
  • Book freight and coordinate with shipping partners for incoming and outgoing goods
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staffing agencies and manage general office communications (phone/email)
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile them with digital records
  • Provide hands-on support with light assembly work and production tasks during peak periods or as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Successful Candidates Must Have:

  • 2+ years of bookkeeping experience is required
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and basic accounting software
  • A strong professional presence for handling customer and vendor inquiries
  • Previous experience in administrative, logistics, or operations support is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to transition from a desk environment to a warehouse/production floor throughout the day based on company needs
  • Ability to be on your feet or walk for periods throughout your shift
  • Ability to perform light assembly tasks with accuracy and care
  • A desire to grow with our company
