  • Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00
  • General Location: North Charleston, SC
  • Facility Type: Government/Commercial/Industrial
  • Shift Time: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Shift Days: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities

  • Remove trash and replace liners
  • Vacuum and spot clean carpet
  • Sweep and mop hard surface floors
  • Clean restrooms
  • Sanitize all high touch points, spot clean glass, dust, and stock supplies
  • Inventory, transport, and deliver janitorial supplies
  • Operate floor equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain hard surface floors to quality standards
  • Perform floor care services including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and carpet cleaning
  • Lift and move furniture or other items as needed to complete floor work
  • Inspect, maintain, and report any equipment issues

Qualifications

  • Communication & Transportation: Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation
  • Background & Work Authorization: Must be able to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check if required for the position, and meet all hiring requirements.
  • Work Ethic: Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and maintain dependable attendance
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a productive team environment
