At Polly's Fine Jewelry, we're looking for someone who loves staying organized, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a hands-on role that supports our three retail locations and office team. No two days are exactly the same, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys being on the go, checking items off a list, and helping wherever needed.


What You'll Do

  • Transport supplies safely between our store locations
  • Process and fulfill website orders
  • Restock office and store supplies
  • File paperwork and maintain organized records
  • Assist with inventory organization and transfers
  • Help prepare shipments and receive deliveries
  • Support office projects and administrative tasks
  • Assist with miscellaneous errands and special projects as needed


What We're Looking For
