Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Minimum:ย High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum:ย 1 year of experience operating front end loaders.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
    • Good communication skills

What You'll Do:

  • Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently in a plant environment
  • Load, move, and stock materials as required to support production and shipping activities
  • Supply production areas with the necessary materials to ensure continuous operations
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues of safety concerns
  • Maintain accurate inventory and material flow throughout the facility
  • Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and safe,
  • Follow all company safety procedures, policies and standards
  • Communicate effectively with supervision and team members to support daily operations
  • Assist with other operational duties as required

Schedule

  • Monday to Fridayย 
  • 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.mย 
  • Average of 45-50 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting wage: $20.94/hour
  • Additional $0.58/hour upon successful training and competency in the role
  • 4% vacation pay
  • Weekly hourly bonus averaging $1.00/hour
