Position Responsibilities:

  • Taking full ownership of production operations performance, including labor efficiency, throughput, quality, and delivery outcomes
  • Assessing existing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve productivity, reduce rework, and create scalable processes
  • Leading and developing supervisors and production leaders to establish a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
  • Building clear expectations, coaching team members toward success, and making difficult performance decisions when necessary
  • Working cross-functionally with leadership, accounting, and operational teams to develop meaningful performance dashboards and reporting metrics
  • Ensuring the right materials, information, scheduling, and production sequencing are in place to enable efficient execution
  • Getting deeply involved in the operation initially to understand challenges, establish trust, and build strong operational foundations
  • Providing recommendations around organizational structure, process improvements, and future operational growth opportunities
