The Forge Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team, focusing on providing exceptional care to individuals in a detox setting. Work Environment

As a remote position, this role provides the flexibility to work from home while maintaining a close connection to our detox center operations. You will align with clinical and program directors as you oversee patient progress and treatment efficacy, ensuring that Mrs. resilience and recovery remain at the forefront of our work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients entering the detox program, utilizing standardized assessment tools to evaluate their mental health and substance use history.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a mix of individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
  • Lead engaging group therapy sessions aimed at fostering a supportive community atmosphere, where clients can share experiences, challenges, and victories in a safe space.
  • Regularly monitor and document client progress, maintaining detailed notes and treatment records in compliance with state and federal regulations and facilitating chart audits with the clinical director.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure holistic care for clients, facilitating discussions in clinical supervision sessions and staff meetings.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives that focus on enhancing the care delivery processes and exploring innovative therapies and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications
