This role is fully remote, enabling you to provide care from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through our secure telehealth platform. You will benefit from an electronic medical record (EMR) system that integrates treatment software, allowing for efficient documentation and management of client progress. Our operational support teams will assist you by managing all administrative tasks, including billing and IT support, ensuring you can focus primarily on delivering exceptional clinical care.

• Conduct weekly video counseling sessions with individual adult clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate their progress.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and counselors to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, functional improvement measures, and goal tracking systems to monitor client growth and adapt treatment strategies effectively.
• Participate in weekly drop-in consultation sessions with leadership to enhance your clinical skills and receive guidance on complex cases.

In this role, you will predominantly serve individual adults, including those facing heightened mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. We prioritize culturally responsive care, embracing clients from diverse backgrounds and with a range of mental health disorders. • A Bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Valid independent licensure as a Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) with at least one year of practice.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with a diverse client base and an understanding of various mental health issues.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field with preference given to candidates with two years of direct experience in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to adults.
• Proven track record of working with high-risk populations and a strong commitment to culturally competent care.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and a genuine interest in integrating technology into therapeutic practices.
