Be part of our experienced team that provides exceptional support and leadership in our core competencies.   Decision Technologies seeks a qualified  USMC IPT Logistics Manager to join our team in Virginia Beach, Virginia Position Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Logistics Manager to direct, develop, and execute comprehensive logistics management operations. In this role, you will be pivotal in planning, coordinating, and evaluating the logistical actions necessary to support our defense programs. Your expertise will ensure that specific requirements for funding, manpower, materiel, facilities, and services are accurately identified and seamlessly integrated with program plans, contributing to optimal, timely, and precise mission support.   MUST HAVE an active Secret security clearance at minimum. Responsibilities and Duties: •           Implement and align logistics requirements within an Integrated Product Team (IPT). Develop and advise on alternative courses of action to adapt to funding, requirement, or schedule adjustments. •           Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers. Facilitate active communication to support extensive part research, answer technical or logistical questions, and collaborate seamlessly to resolve programmatic challenges. •           Coordinate all logistics elements (spares, technical data, provisioning, infrastructure). Utilize the Parts and Repair Ordering System, Federal Logistics Data system, and Defense Transportation System. Manage Supply Discrepancy Report and Quality Deficiency Report processes. •           Generate and review critical logistics documentation including Integrated Logistics Support Plans, LCSPs, Technical Manuals (TMs/ETMs), Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs), sustainment CDRLs, and work specifications. •           Analyze sustainment and Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) issues, recommending suitable replacements. Track and manage Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and accountable property inventories. •           Support Test and Evaluation Strategies (TES), Integrated Test Team (ITT) Charters, and TEMPs. Provide associated risk assessments, briefings, coordination documentation, and support other engineering studies as required. •           Assist with Capability Based Assessments (CBAs), Initial Capability Documents (ICDs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), and Capability Production Documents (CPDs).   Required Qualifications and Skills: •           Extensive hands-on experience with defense acquisition management processes in accordance with DoD 5000 and the acquisition lifecycle at each phase. •           Deep understanding of the DoD's integrated product support element structure and the DoD Product Support Manager Guidebook. Familiarity with PS-BCA, LCSP, and Logistics Health Assessment (LHA) processes. •           Proficiency with the Navy and Marine Corps Supply System, including OneTouch, WebFLIS, GCSS-MC, CMPRO, and Catalyst. •           Broad knowledge of agency program planning, funding, management information systems, and the organizational functions involved in providing logistical support. •           Proven ability to coordinate and evaluate functional specialists, establish schedules to meet requirements on time, and work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.   Desired Qualifications: •         3-5 years e xperience with logistics and resource management within defense programs. •         Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to addressing challenges.   Travel Requirements: •        <3% Compensation: Compensation at Decision Technologies, Inc. is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience; as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
