Location: Fort Eustis, VA
Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite
Clearance: Active Secret clearance; Interim Secret acceptable during onboarding
Travel: Up to 25%
Employment: Full-time; contingent upon contract award

Essnova is seeking two Senior Logistics Specialists to support supply, equipment, property accountability, and logistics activities for U.S. Army aviation engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process supply requisitions, receipts, property-accountability records, and logistics documentation.
  • Receive, store, issue, pick up, and move supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Track supplies and funding associated with supply requisitions.
  • Support logistics involving electronics, signal harnesses, electrical systems, and avionics.
  • Interpret military specifications, Interface Control Documents, and technical manuals.
  • Oversee technical and less-senior logistics personnel.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least eight years of logistics experience involving electronics, signal harnesses, electrical systems, or avionics.
  • At least eight years of experience with military specifications, Interface Control Documents, and technical manuals.
  • Active Secret clearance; Interim Secret acceptable during onboarding.
  • Ability to work primarily onsite at Fort Eustis and travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Army aviation, DoD R&D, or engineering-project logistics experience.
  • Government property-accountability and supply-requisition experience.
  • Experience coordinating equipment maintenance, repairs, and funding.

Selected candidates must provide a qualification-traceable résumé and sign a Letter of Commitment confirming availability at the anticipated start of contract performance.
