We are seeking a Plant Operations Manager to join the leadership team of a growing manufacturing operation. This role serves as a key business partner to the Site Leader and production team, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility through reporting, coordination, communication, and administrative support.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, thrives on organization and problem-solving, and wants the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the operation.

The successful candidate will be highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while working closely with plant leadership and production personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Site Leader and production leadership team to support daily plant operations

• Track, maintain, and analyze production, operational, and performance metrics

• Coordinate plant administrative activities and ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping

• Assist with scheduling, planning, and operational support activities

• Maintain and organize operational data within ERP systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by gathering and analyzing operational information

• Assist leadership with special projects, audits, and site initiatives

• Serve as a resource for employees, supervisors, and managers regarding site processes and administrative needs

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, operations, supply chain, planning, scheduling, logistics, customer service, quality, or related environment

• Tech savvy and excellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
