  • Build business cases and financial models to evaluate new financial services initiatives, pricing structures, and expansion opportunities
  • Measure the impact of financial products on supplier engagement, customer conversion, working capital, revenue, and margin
  • Partner with Finance, Product, and Operations teams to identify opportunities that improve marketplace liquidity and partner satisfaction
  • Build scalable KPI dashboards and analytical datasets that enable consistent measurement across Business, Financial Services, and Sourcing organizations
  • Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate business initiatives, pricing changes, operational improvements, and marketplace programs
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, and Business Intelligence teams to define success metrics and measure outcomes
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders through clear, data-driven narratives

What You'll Bring to Xometry:

  • Experience building financial models, business cases, forecasting models, and executive dashboards
  • Strong understanding of KPI development, operational performance measurement, and business trend analysis
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Operations, or Strategy teams
