Position Summary

The Commercial Operations Analyst supports the full breadth of the Commercial Operations and Strategic Programs activities across the North America sales and marketing organization. This role provides analytical, operational, and coordination support across sales operations, data analytics, contracts, pricing, strategic programs, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.  In addition, this role helps the team enable the targeted sales and margin performance through the execution of both enterprise-wide initiatives and day-to-day business processes.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Support Inside Sales and field sales operations through reporting, coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Help develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and recurring analytics across sales performance, pricing, and operational metrics.
  • Aid in the analysis of business data to identify trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Contribute to strategic programs and initiatives, including tracking milestones, preparing updates, and coordinating deliverables.
  • Support execution of key initiatives and strategic programs, ensuring alignment and visibility across stakeholders.
  • Assist in pricing operations, including data validation, reporting, and monitoring adherence to pricing processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Education / Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field preferred).
  • 0-2 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, consulting, or related field.
  • Internship or academic experience involving data analysis, reporting, or business operations preferred.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Interest in commercial strategy, operations, and healthcare industry dynamics.

TRAVEL REQUIRED: up to 10 %

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $72,200.00-$108,300.00 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  The total compensation package for this position will also include benefits such as medical, prescription drug, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, participation in 401(k) savings plan, and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO, short- and long-term disability and parental leave, dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
