Corporate Trust (CCT) Document Custody provides document review, certification, and safekeeping services for our clients. Clients include investment banks and government agencies, as well as internal teams. The Custody team reviews and holds residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, and asset-backed securities in paper and digital formats.

A role you will love  

As our Operations Analyst II, you will facilitate, directly and through line of business partners, projects, and work efforts to maintain processes, reporting, and efficiency improvements for the department. The Operations Analyst II works both independently and with business partners on moderately complex issues and projects.

Some of your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Support line of business initiatives and projects to ensure that Document Custody procedures and Investor/Agency guidelines are followed.
  • Look for efficiencies and improvements to processes and make recommendations to management.
  • Comply with Information Security and Records Management Policies.
  • Demonstrate job relevant knowledge and essential skills to meet managerial expectations and competencies.
  • Assess and provide analysis of reports requested by management accurately and on time.
  • Assist relationship management by reviewing client agreements to create review checklists specific to clients' needs. Support client data transfers and work to create automation to streamline the process.

Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment. Experience with Document Custody's processes and procedures.
