JOB OVERVIEW
The Operations Analytics Leader will play a critical role in analyzing, understanding, deriving insights and driving improvements in Operations and our service delivery to clients and drivers. This position involves working closely with the Operations leadership team, business intelligence, business excellence, IT, client facing teams and others to identify, develop, and implement measurement systems, analytics that drive insights, and action plans to test and standardize on improvements that drive the health and capabilities of our service delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, process improvement methodology, planning, project management, change management, presentations skills and transformation, with a proven track record of leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve significant business outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Service Delivery Performance:
    • Collaborate to build out or refine the appropriate measurement systems for our operations service delivery processes
    • Conduct historical performance assessments, competitive research, and internal assessments to identify performance opportunities and needs.
    • Organize and maintain scorecards on service delivery performance, operations vital signs, adherence to targets, action limits, etc.
    • Create detailed plans and roadmaps to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Project Management:
    • Lead the execution of initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Develop project plans, define project milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
    • Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects to the executive team and stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Improvement:
    • Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and support for improvement initiatives.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
    • Participate in and lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
    • Drive proven methodologies - Lean, Six Sigma, etc to accomplish business objectives
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Develop and deliver clear, concise presentations that leverage data visualization tools to create compelling narratives and strategic recommendations to the executive leadership team.
    • Communicate strategic plans and project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and clients.
    • Act as a strategic partner to the Operations leadership team, providing insights and recommendations based on data, insights, performance and external service trends.
  • Analytics and Performance Measurement:
    • Conduct advanced data analysis and computations on large datasets to uncover meaningful insights and trends.
    • Utilize data visualization techniques and tools to present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
    • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
    • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the impact and effectiveness of projects.
    • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Change Management:
    • Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the smooth adoption of the ERP system across the organization.
    • Work closely with change management teams to address user concerns and resistance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Strategy, Engineering or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, or project management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • PMP Certification a plus.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS, PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work Environment: This role follows a hybrid model, with certain days required in the office and others designated for remote work. There is an expectation to attend in-person meetings and collaborative sessions as needed.
Position Type/Standard Schedule: Full Time Position, Monday thru Friday
Travel: The role requires occasional travel (up to 25%) to meet with project teams, stakeholders, and support project implementation.
Physical Demands: The role may involve high-pressure situations and tight deadlines, requiring strong time management and stress management skills.

Pay Range:
$152,300 - $200,000
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
