This position is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our business to ensure efficiency and smooth workflows.


Responsibilities


โ€ข Supervise and support administrative staff: Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate administrative staff, providing coaching and guidance to maximize efficiency.

โ€ข Implement and manage administrative systems and procedures: Oversee and improve administrative processes, policies, and procedures to optimize workflows and ensure efficient operations.

โ€ข Manage office operations and resources: Oversee and coordinate daily support activities, including managing office supplies, equipment, furniture, and facilities.

โ€ข Budgeting and cost control: Monitor costs and expenses, assisting in budget preparation and ensuring processes remain within established budgets.

โ€ข Ensure compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

โ€ข Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders: Facilitate communication between departments and with vendors and service providers.

โ€ข Handle communication and scheduling: Manage correspondence, scheduling, internal communication, and deadlines.
