About This Position:
Job Type: Full Time, Onsite
Schedule: Day, 7:00am to 3:30, Monday through Friday
Wage: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, DOE.
Purpose of the Position:
This is the senior level of the Administrative support roles in the organization. Like the Administrative Assistant 1, the purpose of the position is to support sales and operations in all administrative responsibilities, provide customer service to both internal and external customers, and process data to provide all operational departments with necessary information and documentation to complete work orders. Additionally since this is the senior level, the incumbent will work more independently, use data/experience to resolve issues, provide training and work direction to other Administrative personnel and be assigned to work on more complex tasks
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Process wage and production data and utilize to make recommendations.
  2. Maintain daily auditing to resolve discrepancies, errors or omissions.
  3. Review field paperwork to assist in resolving missing data for production and sales recognition.
  4. Provide work direction and training to other department administrative personnel.
  5. Provide project coordination between internal & external teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience with construction accounting preferred.
  • Robust mathematical proficiency with a focus on accuracy.
  • Office, customer service and phone experience preferred
  • 10 Key and data entry, speed and accuracy is required
  • Microsoft Office knowledge and experience with other software applications preferred
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle workloads of varying volume.
  • Reliable, on time and be ready to work daily.
