SUMMARY: Next Solutions is seeking a highly organized and motivated Drop Bury Administrator, Field Operations Coordinator, Dispatch Coordinator, Telecommunications Administrator, and Construction Support Coordinator to support day-to-day field operations in the Novi, Michigan market.

This position serves as a critical link between field technicians, customers, and operational leadership by coordinating work orders, scheduling technicians, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring jobs move efficiently from assignment through completion.

As field support needs fluctuate, this role may also provide assistance with drop bury operations in the field, creating opportunities for additional earnings and hands-on industry experience.

  • The typical schedule is 40+ hours per week, with flexibility to support operational demands as needed.
