What We’re Looking For:

Santé is seeking an IT Manager who will be responsible for overall planning, organizing, execution and maintenance of all information technology functions for Sante Group. This includes directing all information technology operations to meet company and employee requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing infrastructure, applications, and development of new technical solutions. This position is a working manager’s position.

What You’ll Do:

IT Operations & Infrastructure

  • Supervise and manage technology team of 2-3 staff members with tasks / projects, helpdesk tickets and other requests.
  • Oversee IT systems across Sante programs and administration office (18 offices and growing).
  • Manage Microsoft-based infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, and Intune.
  • Ensure secure network connectivity across sites, including firewalls, VPNs, wireless access points, and ISP coordination.
  • Manage hardware lifecycle for laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
  • Maintain system uptime, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity protocols.

Program Support

  • Ensure role-based access, security controls, and system workflows align with HIPAA, Medicaid, and licensing requirements.
  • Partner with Program Leadership, HR, Finance and other stakeholders to support technology documentation, invoicing and billing accuracy, and audit readiness.
  • Support the Data Team with EHR vendors for system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Microsoft 365 & Workflow Optimization

  • Serve as system owner for Microsoft 365 tenant administration for the organizations.
  • Design and maintain SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, and retention policies.
  • Develop automated workflows using Power Automate and Forms to streamline onboarding, compliance, incident reporting, HR requests, and internal approvals.
  • Train staff on Microsoft tools to improve efficiency, collaboration, and data integrity.

Security, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Implement cybersecurity best practices including MFA, endpoint protection, encryption, and phishing prevention.
  • Ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling, secure remote access, and audit readiness.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, acceptable use standards, and incident response plans.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments and vulnerability reviews.

Vendor & Project Management

  • Manage relationships with IT vendors, telecom partners, and managed service providers.
  • Lead IT projects including system upgrades, new implementations, and site expansions.
  • Develop IT budgets and provide cost-effective recommendations.

Leadership, Collaboration & Support

  • Coordinate external contractors.
  • Provide responsive helpdesk escalation support.
  • Translate technical concepts into plain language for non-technical users.
  • Collaborate closely with RCF IT Manager on shared or integrated infrastructure, security standards, system interoperability, and technology best practices where appropriate.
  • Coordinate coverage, cross-support, and continuity planning with Santé IT leadership to ensure operational stability during transitions, outages, or peak operational needs, when feasible.
  • Participate in joint planning discussions related to shared systems, vendors, cybersecurity posture, and long-term infrastructure strategy.
  • Stay current on healthcare and nonprofit technology trends.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


What We Require:

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, AND six plus (6+) years’ related experience in technical operations management and/or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
