Job Description Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking an Associate Program Manager to support customer programs and serve as a key liaison between customers and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in project management, account management, operations, supply chain or manufacturing who is looking to develop their career with a growing company. This is an onsite role in Greater Eastern/Cleveland.

The Opportunity Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and support day-to-day program activities. Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and production teams. Track schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure customer requirements are met.

Communicate project updates, risks, and action items to both customers and internal stakeholders. Support process improvements while helping drive customer satisfaction and account growth. What We Are Seeking Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of professional experience in program management, project coordination, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related field.
