Job description

Sales Operations Program Manager
The Sales Operations Program Manager will report to the Sr. Director, Global Sales Operations and support the strategic growth of Park Place Technologies. This role helps improve sales efficiency and effectiveness by partnering with Sales, Marketing, IT and other functional areas to develop and implement creative data-driven solutions and process improvements within Outreach. This person is expected to provide reporting and analysis of sales data to others in the organization, including management. In addition, this role will be responsible for sales campaign initiatives through our sales technology Outreach.
What you'll be doing:
  • Create, implement, and drive sales programs to deliver global sales growth
  • Build repeatable processes and reporting packages to empower both sales leaders and reps with critical operational data related to sales strategy and execution
  • Assist sales management in implementing new data points and analytics to support sales strategies surrounding data within outreach (sequences, email success, call dispositions, etc...)
  • Collaborate with the IT team to improve or define processes that promote data integrity and reporting functionality
  • Partner with sales leadership to solve sales process pain points and implement solutions that reduce friction and increase predictability regarding sales campaigns through Outreach.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate findings from initiatives to management and the broader organization
  • Help prepare executive-level quarterly and monthly business reviews and present to internal and external customers
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SDAs and BDRs to reinforce best practices and technical sales trainings.
  • Lead various cross-functional operational projects and planning initiatives
  • Provide support to the Sales Development Managers as requested
  • Participate in ad hoc analysis to understand sales rep performance and competitor impact
  • Champion resolutions for unplanned issues/opportunities that arise within Park Place Technologies

Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of Sales Campaign implementation through sales technology platforms including:
    • Sales sequence creation and updates
    • Driving adoption efforts and efficiency improvements, including A/B testing
    • Assist training team in onboarding of new hires, and updating global sales organization as needed based on new functionality or processes
    • Liaise with IT and technology providers (i.e., Outreach) regarding best practices and system optimization
    • Create and maintain reports on adoption and effectiveness for sales leaders

AI Strategy & Enablement:
-As part of our AI initiatives, you'll help shape and scale how AI-enabled tools are adopted across the organization. This role combines strategy, execution, and cross-functional partnership to ensure AI solutions drive measurable impact in revenue growth, productivity, data quality, and customer experience.
  • Help define and execute the AI strategy and roadmap, aligning high-impact use cases to business goals such as growth, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
  • Support the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of AI opportunities by gathering requirements, assessing value, effort, and risk, and helping manage a pipeline of initiatives.
  • Partner closely with IT, Security, Legal/Compliance, and Data teams to promote responsible AI use, including privacy, access controls, governance, and documentation.
  • Drive data readiness for AI initiatives by supporting CRM and Outreach data quality standards, taxonomy, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist with the evaluation, pilot, rollout, and optimization of AI-enabled tools and features, including workflow automation, content generation, forecasting, and call or meeting intelligence.

What we're looking for:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics, sales operations, sales analysis, marketing operations, marketing analysis, or a related field
  • Team player that is creative, intellectually curious, and able to effectively collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with stakeholders to drive business performance
  • Data driven individual with a strong business acumen and focus on analytical problem solving, data manipulation and management skills
  • Ability to go beyond the minimum expectations, and constantly seeking to improve sales programs to drive business growth
  • Eagerness to take ownership of projects with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience administering sales incentive programs and driving sales productivity through contests and competitions
  • Experience with sales technology/systems, including CRM (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and sales engagement software (preferably Outreach.io)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (preferably Microsoft Power BI)
