We are seeking a Regional Director Of Operations to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations.

A Director of Restaurant Operations for a multi-unit restaurant chain is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring high standards in food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. They also drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:

    Lead and motivate area managers, general managers, and staff, ensuring they are properly trained and that all company policies and procedures are followed.

  • Operational Excellence:

    Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and guest service.

  • Financial Management:

    Manage budgets, monitor and control costs (food, labor, etc.), and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.

  • Performance Improvement:
