Job description

Soar Autism Center is building a network of interdisciplinary clinics where children with autism and their families receive life-shaping services that support them to thrive. We prioritize early intervention, comprehensive supportive services, and positive, developmentally-appropriate learning that meets the needs of each unique child and family. Specifically, we focus on integrated autism care and a play-based model of applied behavior analysis (ABA) based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model.

The Market Operations Director is a good fit for a candidate who has previously managed multi-site operations, enjoys working with people, is highly organized and detail-oriented, maintains calm and poise in a fast-paced environment, and is mission-driven to support local leadership to help young children with autism spectrum disorder.

Specific responsibilities would include the following:

Financial Oversight
  • Manage the financial performance of a designated territory of Soar centers, including P&L and 4-Wall EBITDA.

  • Monitor and drive KPIs such as quality, teammate belonging, RBT hours and efficiency and other key operational metrics.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Partner with shared services departments to create and execute plans related to admissions, hiring, and client/staff schedules that align with company goals.

Operational Leadership
  • Directly oversee Center Operations Directors, Market Operations Specialists and Scheduling Manager, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure operational excellence across centers.

  • Conduct regular site visits and oversee monthly Strategic Operations Analysis Review meetings to ensure centers are running smoothly and in alignment with company standards

  • Support team efforts to maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure operational decisions align with therapeutic goals.

Team and Culture Development
  • Foster a positive team culture that prioritizes staff engagement and client satisfaction.

  • Conduct regular check-ins with leadership teams to address challenges, celebrate successes, and stay aligned on priorities.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training efforts for key operational roles in the region.

Strategic Growth and Problem-Solving
  • Work closely with executive and local leadership teams to develop and execute strategies that ensure the territorys growth and success.

  • Proactively identify and solve challenges that arise in operations, financials, or team dynamics.

  • Ensure alignment of regional operations with Soar Autism Centers mission, values, and vision.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in multi-site operations management, preferably in a healthcare or therapeutic setting.

  • Strong understanding of financial metrics, including P&L management and operational KPIs.

  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
