Position Description

The Operational Assistant will serve as a front-facing representative for customers, employees, and visitors while providing administrative and Human Resources support. The role requires a friendly, outgoing, organized professional who can effectively multitask and manage changing priorities. Responsibilities include front desk reception, greeting visitors, answering calls, scanning and distributing mail, coordinating meetings and conference rooms, preparing presentations and reports, maintaining employee ID badges, supporting emergency response activities, and assisting with various plant administrative needs.
