Role Description The Operations Assistant is a part-time, hybrid role based in Lindon, UT. This position supports daily operational activities, including maintaining internal records, processing documentation, and assisting with workflow coordination across investment and back-office teams. The role involves monitoring routine processes, updating databases and spreadsheets, and helping prepare reports and materials for internal and external stakeholders. The Operations Assistant will respond to inquiries, provide general administrative support, and collaborate with team members to resolve operational issues promptly.   • Data & Digital Organization: Update spreadsheets, organize files, and manage basic database entry.
  • Local Errands: Execute quick local errands (bank runs, document drop-offs, office supplies).
  • Communication: Serve as a polite, professional point of contact for external partners, lenders, and vendors.
