About Planes Companies
At Planes Companies, we believe there is always a better way. We are seeking an Operational Innovation Analyst to help transform how we work by identifying opportunities, solving operational challenges, and driving meaningful business improvements across the organization.
This is not a traditional analyst role where recommendations are handed off to someone else for implementation. You'll own initiatives from concept to completion, partnering with frontline employees, department leaders, and senior executives to design, implement, and measure solutions that deliver lasting results.
If you're a natural problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning data into action, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do

- Design and implement end-to-end business solutions, from requirements gathering through user acceptance testing and deployment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, standardization, and modernization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planning, resource coordination, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Partner with managers and Human Resources to develop and deliver training programs that support organizational growth and development.
- Facilitate meetings and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather insights, build consensus, and drive successful outcomes.
- Develop reports, presentations, dashboards, and business cases that communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of implemented solutions and demonstrate ROI through data-driven analysis.
- Support software implementation and process standardization efforts throughout the company.
- Coordinate with department managers to ensure strategic initiatives are completed on time and within budget.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and problem-solving.
- Support company objectives through additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
