  • Good organizational skills as this position requires working with multiple departments and following up with clients and other related parties.
  • Proficient in CRM is a plus

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the local operation team.
  • Provide leadership, manage and improve the company's operational service quality.
  • Develop and implement strategic operational and business plans.
  • Negotiate rates and build relationships with the vendors.
  • Constant operational development while achieving monthly and yearly department targets.
  • Consistent quarterly review of team members' performance.
  • Account maintenance and communication with overseas offices to ensure international and customer expectations are met.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills is a must.
  • Assure teams compliance with Falcon Logistics Global given procedures and processes.
