  • Community Face: Project a professional image and ensure we are conforming to all local and federal regulations. You represent the GFL brand in the Gainesville community!

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 3+ years in the waste industry (Landfill or Transfer experience is a huge plus!).
  • Leadership: At least 1 year of supervisory experience. You know how to motivate a team.
  • Grit: You're comfortable working outdoors (about 70% of the time) and can handle the Florida heat and the hustle of a loud, busy site.
